>Weekend Working

>Quiet weekend and I am off. Not many more weekend on/offs to go before we move to 3 a month at Halfords.

As I contemplate this change I have came to the conclusion that it's just something I will need to get used to. Maybe on a positive it will keep me out the pub lol.

Starts wc 8th May.

So 'shrugs shoulders' and gets on with it. Oh how times have changed.

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
