Maryann's 40th Celebrations !

So here is a run down of a 3 day event weekend !

Friday night- Family dinner with her Mum and Dad at the Sorn Inn

Sat - 2 nights in Glasgow, Hair done at the Hilton for Missy, then a nice meal for +16 people. Then Arta and messy times. 

Sun- An Afternoon Tea at 29 Royal Exchange Square then MA and her pal go for a wee treat The Spa at Blythswood Square.... 

Sun PM then a nice dinner at Grill on the Corner

Home Mon - And recover ! LOL

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
