Day off on thurs. - busy lots to do. as always. lol. work meh.
next week im on hol and guess what - lots on. Oban to Inverness via Stornaway. Mon- Thurs. Hame fri/sat the Cumbria sportive on Sun/ Sheffield on sunday for work- back with a boom.

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
