Well it's been a lazy day aff. Last night we went up to the big smoke for a beer and a curry and to meet up with some of the guys. Had a nice meal in Assams then we headed to the meet-up.

Plan was to head home about midnight. We ended up in Reflex. An 80s night club. Music was brilliant lol

Then we went to the Corinthian. And got the 4AM late bus home.

Got home at 5am lol. Not done that for a long time.

Great night. !

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
