For Lucy - @littlemunchkin

I've just woken up randomly as I always do lol,and picked my phone up and quickly checked twitter to read some very sad news of the passing of Lucy Taylor (aka @littlemunchkin ).

As I approach my 3rd year on twitter , Lucy was 1 of those distinctive people you always remember from day 1 and her tweets always brought a smile and a chuckle.

Though I never knew her personally, she was an inspirational girl who touched the hearts of every1 who was lucky to walk in her path.

RIP. x

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
