Weekend Plans..

So weekend off, its fri night and I am enjoying dinner and a glass of wine.. Sat am we are getting a family portrait done at the photographers . This should be fun.

Maryann bought it for me for my birthday last November and that’s us just getting it done.. Plan is the gym then the kids are staying with their pal Ross for the weekend>



We are going to Jeffersons for a nice meal and a rare night out on our own..

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
