Half Term..

So its half term… in Feb!

Cheeky monkeys are off till Thurs… We were talking about this on Sat, and when I was younger I cannot remember a weeks holiday in Feb? Can you?

I feel kids get too many holidays lol….

Mon and Tues they are at Gran’s as Mum and Dad are both working.. Dad is off on Wednesday so I am sure we will do something then…

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
