>Blogging.. At Juniper
>So kids on last day of another half term break. I mean it only feels like Christmas was last week lol.. Looking at calendar that's me just completed 4 months at Halfords and now in my 5 week in Irvine.
As I write this, on my phone, kids are playing away in Juniper Jungle, and I am watching our Andrew. God he must be the oldest here. On the way in there is a 4ft high tiger that says if your taller than this you can't play.
Andrew is 8 and clearly he is going to be tall prob like his Dad... He is starting to stretch.
Coming here for 2 hours costs £7.50. For 2 kids. Throw in some juice, crisps a coffee and small biscuit, your talking at least another £6. I can imagine this place being a very profitable business, as it should be.
Mind you, they could at least throw in some free papers. I am sitting here reading last weeks Sunday Times magazine.. Pondering over the 'Stresa and Lake Maggoire' holiday at a cost of £1779 for 8 nights. I wonder? Haha.
Place busy now.. Think we came at right time.
I command a table of 4 to myself. Kids not been back for a while and the drowns of Andrew's voice have disappeared.
Looking at an excursion to India. Only £965 for 8 days. Maybe 1 day.
This magazine has got me thinking of later years.. When kids are grown up and flown the nest I will be hoping me and maryann can get away and do some travelling. 'slap'- as I wake myself up from dreaming.
Euan has just asked me for lunch. It's 11.19am. He wants to go to McDonalds. We will wait if they are good.
Anyway going for another coffee....
