Only got thurs and fri to work then off for a weeks holiday. After that I start in Irvine as Manager. The big question that I have been pondering is what to do on my week off.

Always seems to be a recurring theme when I get a week off. In fact taking into consideration my search for work, and apart from the odd day off in my short stint at Home base, this is the first weeks holiday where I will just be chilling at home since November 2008. In July this year we went on hol for 2 weeks, as we were away I am not including this.

what I mean here is purely being home.. free from work lol. As I have got older it is always on my mind to do something practical during my time off. I hate with a passion not accomplishing something. That might just be me, a sign of either being sad or getting older.

I wonder what the days will be like in later life when I worry about the garden or that garage needing tidied.

Well as its January, there aint much dosh until the end of the month to do anything. I am sure we will venture out for a couple of drinks and break the self inflicted ban on booze. If I get to 2 weeks I will be impressed. Its been a week already wow lol…

Christ reading this back, I sound like I should be at AA.

anyway back to the question I was seeking an answer too… This January would be a good time to spring clean the house. We have only been here for 2 years and its amazing the clutter that has accumulated already.. So I think that will be the plan…

A few other things next week also… sky going in on Monday as already said and car has mot on thurs… I hope it passes.. Enough bills have landed this month.

Infact another bill for MA’s car tax has came. Today lol. Grunt..
