God Sky+ HD I am good!!

Took a sales call from Sky flogging those HD boxes. Got into a bit of patter with the sales man, state all the previous complaints and problems with sky and ‘threaten’ to cancel subscription after +10years!

Result-

  • Free Sky HD Box, and half price Multi room and HD subscription for 12 months, saving £120…
  • God I am good, and they phoned me ha-ha!
  • Getting put in on Monday 11th Jan 2010.

HD better be good.. well that plus muti room for 9.99 a month isn't bad..!

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
