Holidays are Great…

Well now enjoying a week off. After a few drinks last night, enjoying a curry and catch up at home with the Nunn’s. Sunday will be in the gym for a bit and try and work it off haha!!!

Next Friday enjoying dinner at the Corbetts, so looking forward to that lol. Good way to finish the week!!

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
