End of lazyness run...

so earlier post commented about me being a lazy bastard for the last prob 4 weeks. no energy blah blah. so I am sitting thinking. This aint me... so back with a vengance on Tues, shake the cobwebs out my system and get on with it.... 32 mile cycle from Glasgow to the Falkirk Wheel which I have never seen.... If confident I might cycle back...



Will wait and see... Tues or Thurs... My days off...

So Hammy will be back... Then a few other things in the pipeline.. Week from 2/6/12. #- Snowdon, Scafel Pike and Ben Nevis 3 days running.

This is purley for pleasure. No competition for timing... Me and a tent....

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
