Morning blog. Quick note to self. Go back to sleep. Was in bed around 10pm and woke at 4am. Now canny get back to sleep. Staring at my phone.

Need to get up at 730. For a nice +12hr shift stocktaking. Oh how my life is so exciting ! Lol.

Chelsea won the champions league even if I'm 20 quid down in my ladbrokes account. - still good to see.

Any way. I've demolished a pint of water. Been to bog. Now back in bed. - night team !!

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
