Avengers Assemble!

Today we went up to Glasgow as we all had a rare bank holiday day off. An afternoon in the City and of course we went to see the Avengers Assemble film at Cineworld.

Ive not really seen most of the films that lead to all the characters of Marvel appear in the same film but I have to admit it was a great film and full of explosions action and of course 

Scarlett Johansson was in it lol...

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
