Im not ashamed to admit that if you are looking for an easy listening album, this is a cracker: I'm not a fan of listening to people that have came from the x factor but in fact this is a very good album. great voice, and I have enjoyed listening to it tonight.



So there... Bet you never thought you would get that from me.. lol

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
