Way aye Man..

Thats us all packed. Will drop kids off at my Mum's the mora at 9am. Andrew has partys most of Sat so they will keep him busy. Then we will head down to Newcastle, prob stop for lunch before hitting Metro Centre. Then go to our travelodge and then head into NC early. Dinner already booked for TFI Fridays at 7pm..

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
