Belfast to Dublin - Cycle

6 months talking about it we finally have a date. Bringing our bikes to the last capital cities of the British Isles this year.

Only Cardiff left lol.

Anyway 31.8 - 114 miles best from Belfast to Dublin. Arranging detail as I type.

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
