6 months talking about it we finally have a date. Bringing our bikes to the last capital cities of the British Isles this year. Only Cardiff left lol. Anyway 31.8 - 114 miles best from Belfast to Dublin. Arranging detail as I type. More follows A.

Next Sunday I have a personal solo challenge. Back in May, I signed up for this. the 48 mile version. This route takes in alot of hills of the Ayrshire Alps. - 2 weeks ago I up it to the 68 mile version. - This will be a hard challenge I will do my best. Excited and Nervous. Today we did the 4th of the 7 Stanes and was joined by Bruce, my so close Neighbour. Last night Neil stayed at mine, and we all went out for a few beers, and I had several Guiness's. - So today was 20 miles of me farting around the blue, red and black cycle routes. Weather was shit in the morning, but cleared as we made the 65 mile journey to our destination. Enjoyed 20 miles around the Blue, Red and Black route. A most enjoyable day ;)
