Sunny Mornings

It's amazing how the sun shining on a bright crisp morning can make you feel great !

I'm on a day off after working fri sat sun. Taking Euan to school, the sun is out. The sky is blue , albeit a bit chilly.

I love days like this. Music is on, some quick house work. Patio door open and the day is mine.

All thanks to feeling great on a nice sunny day lol.

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
