Wedding Aniversary

Today was our 12th wedding anniversary. My god where has the time went. Last night we went for a nice meal at the Royal in Cumnock. My first ever visit. Was really nice and as the kind in laws paid for it, yours truly had a large sirloin as usual lol.

Today has been a typical lazy Sunday. Watch crap Telly and catch up on the sky + rubbish from during the week. Also read the trashy Sunday newspapers. This was a good way to celebrate the anniversary. Showed that it's good to be normal. And do normal things.





Anyway happy aniversary to us.

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
