>Just experienced the fantastic BT phone service to fix broadband-

1. 18 mins to get answered.
2. Diverted to India and speak to someone who can't speak basic English.
2. I get irritated by the minute.
3. 22 mins of highly complicated tests like unplugging plugs. Restarting hubs. Etc. This from the 'technical engineer'.
4. After 47 mins he comes back to tell me the bb in my area is down. I'll get a call back once resolved.

So after 47 mins of my life that I'll never get back why don't they check the status of broadband at the beginning of the call. ?

BT there is a tip for you. Then you would have less irritated customers.

Blah. Rant over. I'll get on with the day now.
