Salou - Holiday booked !

Last night after about a week of looking we finally booked our 2012 holiday. This weathers been pissing me AFF So I told Maryann, get on that website. Here's a budget and get something booked. So we settled on Salou , main land Spain. A first for us.

So only a 3 week wait. You have no idea how excited we are ! - LOL.

Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
