Another day off. Another run. After my 73 mile last tues of Argyll, a lot closer to home and a lot easier. Nipped up through Sorn and onto Murkirk, where I nipped into my Aunt and Uncles for a quick coffee. Then onwards up to Strathaven. - then decided to head down the A71 back to Galston, which was a nice run. Then back home. Beautiful crisp cold sunny day. - no photos - forgot lol.

Evening. T/FB. Other night booked accommodation in John o Groats on the eve of our run south for Cancer Research UK from Mon April 8th. - And Night 2. - That gets us to Fort William which will be a youth hostel... Its not an uncommon fact that the weather recently has been very poor, a mixture of rain, hail, snow, gale force winds and everything else being chucked at my part of the world. .. so it was a very pleasant change to wake to nice sunny weather - and I thought Im grabbing my bike and going a run for what seems like the first time in weeks. - on a Day Off. Done the usual route home-Kilmarnock, join the cycle path to Irvine, then down to Ayr via Troon. Then back up the B743 to Mauchline. 44 Miles and a very good cycle.  Planning more on Sat, Hopefully a 60 Miler. - Weather looks ok..
